Custom Embossed Non-Slip Coasters For Hospitality Brands

A coaster is one of the few branded items a guest keeps in front of them for the length of a drink. A custom emboss puts your mark on it without changing what the coaster is: the same thin, non-slip polystyrene that keeps the glass from sliding.

What a custom SlipSafe coaster is

SlipSafe coasters are made from thin film foamed polystyrene. A custom order adds an emboss: your logo is pressed into the material as a raised impression.

That means:

• It's tone-on-tone. The logo is the same colour as the coaster: white on white, silver on silver, blue on blue.
• There's no ink. We don't offer printing, full-colour artwork, or Pantone matching.
• The coaster stays the same product. Same thickness, same grip, same single-use format as a standard SlipSafe coaster.

The result is subtle. It reads best up close and in angled light, which is exactly where a guest sees a coaster.

Where an embossed coaster makes sense

What embosses well

An emboss reproduces shape and outline, not colour or shading. Designs that work:

• Simple, bold marks. A wordmark, monogram, or clean crest.
• Clear outlines with some weight. Hairline strokes, very small type, and fine detail don't hold up in a raised impression.
• One-colour versions of your logo. Gradients, photos, and multi-colour artwork can't be reproduced. Send the solid single-colour version.
• Off-centre is fine. The centre of a coaster sits under the glass, so a mark that sits slightly toward the edge stays visible during service.

Sizes, edges, and colours

SlipSafe coasters come in three round sizes: 3-1/2", 4", and 5". The 3-1/2" suits cocktail and stemware service; the 4" and 5" suit rocks glasses and wider bases.

Colours are white, silver, and blue. Because the emboss is tone-on-tone, the base colour you choose is also the colour of your logo.
